Terms of Use
These terms explain the essential rules for using the Metron360 website and application. When using the service, you must also follow the authorizations of the business you represent and the rules of connected channel providers.
Last updated: September 4, 20261. Service scope
Metron360 helps manage supported customer communication channels, team access, and conversations in a shared workspace. During early access, features and supported integrations may be developed or changed.
2. Accounts and authorization
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access details, and acting only within businesses, channels, and workspaces they are authorized to use. Workspace administrators must manage team roles and access appropriately.
3. Third-party channels
Connections to WhatsApp and other providers depend on the relevant provider’s services. Outages, policy changes, or API changes may occur outside Metron360. Users must have the required business authority to establish a connection.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful communication, unauthorized access, harmful content distribution, bypassing security controls, or violating the rights of others. Users are responsible for the content of messages they send and for obtaining any required communication permissions.
5. Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Maintenance, security needs, or third-party dependencies may result in temporary access restrictions.
6. Plans and early access
The usage model and commercial terms during early access are defined in discussion with the user or business. This website does not promise specific pricing, quotas, or usage limits.
7. Changes and support
These terms may be updated as the product evolves or applicable requirements change. Questions about accounts, access, or use can be submitted through the support channels available in Metron360.
