This notice provides a general explanation of the data categories that may be processed when using the Metron360 website and application and the purposes for which that data is used.

Metron360 may process limited information about workspace administrators, team members, and visitors who submit support requests in order to provide the service. Conversation content from connected communication channels may be displayed through Metron360 depending on the settings of the relevant channel and business.
2. Information that may be processed
Account and team details, workspace and role records, connection status, and technical activity records may be processed. Message content and associated channel identifiers transferred from supported channels may also be processed to operate the service. Secret connection credentials are not displayed openly in user-facing screens.
3. Purposes of use
Information is used to operate accounts and workspaces, establish and monitor channel connections, present messages in the Unified Inbox, enforce role and access controls, protect security, and provide technical support.
4. Channel providers
When third-party channels such as WhatsApp are connected, the provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply. Metron360 works only with data available through connections authorized by the user.
5. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited through workspace and role structures. Because no internet service can guarantee absolute security, reasonable technical and organizational measures are reviewed continuously.
6. Requests and changes
You can submit an access, correction, or deletion request concerning data associated with your account through the support channels available in Metron360. Requests are evaluated after identity and authorization checks, subject to applicable law and technical requirements. This notice may be updated when the product or legal requirements change.
